Fire Water Usage
By waterman | |

Early this morning (2/22/23) a fire occurred in Custer. The fire department used a substantial amount of water at high flow rates. Unfortunately, these high flow rates often cause discolored water. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire. Thank you for your understanding.

Error Reading Meters
By waterman | |

Custer Water Association had complications in reading meters for the month of January. We made the decision to not read the meters this month. As such, you will not get a bill from Custer Water Association this month and will get a bill next month that will contain two months worth of charges.

So, no bill this month and most likely a $60 bill (assuming you are under the minimum) for next month.

Hope this doesn't cause too much confusion.
